Stinger for Clutch

Heres a new little stinger, with a "far out" paint job for Clutch, who is the master hotcoater up at the Watermans Guild. This stinger was 5'10" - 21" - 2 1/2" .

A new little fish design started today, The Fishbone is 5'8'' 22" 2 3/8" , bellyed entry with single concave out the back! Finished pics coming soon.

Retrospective?

Driving into work today looking at one of the uglyest looking days Ive seen in a long time, it got me thinking back to last winter, and all of the great winter swells we had! And looking at these old photos really made me wish, like every surfer does when they remember good days, that I would have just stayed out a little bit longer!!

Aipa Inspired!

I've always been intrigued by some of the shapes that Ben Aipa was putting out back in the seventies and today for that matter , particularly the "stingers" with the super high wings and big swallows! So I finally got one started for a good friend of mine, and im pretty stoked on how its turned out and I have to admit I cant wait to try this mind machine. Thanks for the inspiration Ben!

Here is a new custom for (Erik D.). I finally finished this fancy little double stringer this afternoon, its got a racy outline with some heavy vee in the tail which if my calculations are correct should add up to one great big smile in the water! Stay tuned for the post glass shots!

Soul Session

We had a pretty fun session the otherday, and Theostyle got some pretty classic shots that im sure will put a smile on your face! Particularly the sequence of me pig-doggin it and just laughing my ass off. I forgot how much fun you can have in 1 foot surf!
